We had 12 people staying ranging from 2 to 82 and everyone felt at home including the dog! The downstairs bedroom and bathroom were great for accessibility and the larger family bedroom upstairs was great for the younger children and parents. The house was easy to find and there was plenty to do for everyone. There has been genuine thought in to the providing the little things that you might need during your stay for example even water/feeding bowls and towels for the dog. The games room and tennis court kept us busy and the hot tub provided some more luxurious relaxation. You will hear some background road noise from the A303 but we knew the location already and expected it. It’s not intrusive but don’t expect it to be silent. Thank you for a lovely few days and also for providing the best 4 days of sunny weather this year!

Thank you . We had the most wonderful stay. The barn was so spacious , perfect for large groups/ families. Everything was immaculate. The kitchen was really well equipped. The bedrooms and bathrooms really comfortable . The tennis court skittles alley and games room were a fantastic bonus .and the hot tub. Bring wellies for walking the surrounding fields are very muddy ! We would definitely recommend staying here and will look forward to staying again .

We had a wonderful time at this amazing property. We celebrated my Dad's birthday there with ages from 22 months to 70 and we were all very well entertained. The games room is great and the skittles alley is really good fun. The bedrooms are a good size and there is lots of living space downstairs that we never felt on top of one another. A well equipped kitchen, lovely linen and TVs in every room. Rachel was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again!

Lovely big space, something for everyone of all ages. Kids loved the tennis court, ping pong, hot tub and pool table. Well equipped kitchen. Stunning fireplace and wood burner. Highly recommend for a family gathering

Loved the barn. Well equipped kitchen, comfy lounge space, the games room, tennis court and hot tub had plenty of use. There was plenty of information provided about local Takeaways and places to eat which we used and they didn’t disappoint. We had a wonderful time there, just what we needed.
