Giulia is super friendly and has tried everything to make our stay comfortable. She was very patient and quick to answer all the questions we had, including where to park near old town. Giulia sets up user-friendly and efficient approach for check-in and payment of city tax. Giulia’s apartment is located in a quiet area. It takes about 15 minutes to drive to Verona old town - super convenient. I really appreciate Giulia’s help. If you are looking for a high quality, clean, quiet, and comfortable place to stay. This is the one.

I recently stayed at this apartment and I have some impressions to share. The apartment was quite practical, offering enough space for all of us. The surrounding area was peaceful and safe, making our stay relaxing. Overall, the cleanliness was satisfactory. However, the kitchen equipment was a bit limited. We found a lack of basic items, such as a peeling knife and more cooking utensils for a larger group. The absence of a dishwasher was also a bit challenging for us. Additionally, an unexpected issue was the sensor in the bedroom. It kept flashing, causing discomfort during our sleep. Despite these minor setbacks, we managed well and enjoyed our stay. Thank you for your hospitality, and I hope you'll take our feedback into consideration to enhance the experience for future guests.

The location is right near Verona, located in a very quiet zone. The apartment is very clean and it looks even better than in the pictures. Checkin was super fast, Giulia waited for us and explained everything. Nearest restaurant where we ate for several times is 1 minute by car or 10 minutes by foot. Several banks are nearby 100 meters or so on the main road. Free parking right in the front of building. If you ever come to the area you can stay here and it is close to gardaland, movieland 25-30 minutes by car, verona 5-10 minutes , very big supermarket 2-3 minutes by car.
