Eric was friendly and responsive during the booking and the stay. The home was very clean and well appointed. Plentiful linens and pillows with comfy accomodations. The pool was immaculate and we enjoyed the quiet surroundings of the home. Excellent location for daily adventures around Jacksonville. Highly recommended, thanks for a wonderful stay!

This is a very nice place! It was clean all the way through! I’m very picky about the fabric of the bed and I 100% loved every part about the place. The pool was so clean and nice. We enjoyed playing pool and table tennis! Eric was very responsive and great at giving us recommendations! Jacksonville overall was a wonderful place! This place made it even better.

Arriving, the neighborhood was very peaceful with no street noise. The house was easy to get into and upon entry it was exactly as shown online if not better. The home gave you a “well appointed” feel. We stayed in the master bedroom which has a backyard pool view, very large walk in closet, and nice bathroom with powerful shower head. Everyone commented on how great the beds slept and mine was comfy as well. The kitchen had everything we needed for a family cooking competition and enough space to make it happen. On top of all of this, Eric was the perfect host. He was very responsive, understanding, and helpful. They also had board games we took advantage of and huge tvs in living and bedrooms. Florida weather is bipolar so when we could enjoy the pool, we went for it and had a blast. The kids were trying to go in one more time on the last day lol. I want to thank Eric for allowing us to stay in this home and he made our spring break a success. Wonderful, clean, worth it. Book Now!

We’ve used airbnb many times for family events and this home was conveniently located for the event. The common areas - kitchen, family room and pool accommodated 4 couples and an infant easily. If I had to do it again I would look for one more bathroom with this many couples. The 2 baths were great unless time was an issue. Then a high level of coordination and sharing was required. We made it work without resorting to schedules and stop watches! ;-) Eric the host could not have been nicer or more helpful. The whole rental experience was exactly what we’d hoped for.
