We stayed at Dawn's for our son's wedding. Dawn was incredibly sweet and very helpful/accommodating and even left us a sweet card on the dining table congratulating us on our sons marriage. There was a jar of doggie treats and a dispense of poop bags so we could take care of our doggie, which was awesome! There were a couple small waters and juices in the fridge, and both bathrooms had little travel sized toiletries in case we forgot something. Check in was a breeze and we totally enjoyed our stay. The house was immaculately clean and extremely comfortable/well appointed with everything you need to be happy and no clutter. We particularly loved the candles in the fireplace!!! I have stayed in airbnb's and vrbo's and this one is cream of the crop. Best one we've ever stayed in. Dawn is an excellent host and I can assure anyone who is thinking to stay here, that they will leave very happy just like us!!! Highly recommended!!!!

Dawn was exceptionally responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay. There were a lot of little touches that made us feel comfortable.

Amazing Place, had everything we wanted and more. Tons of little details that made the space perfect for what we wanted. From Paper towels, dishwasher detergent, dog bowls, dog treats, dog bags to clean the backyard, towels for the beach, towels to shower, towels to clean dog stuff... Centrally located between Saint Agustin, Amelia Island, Downtown, stores, food, etc... Working table for laptop... snacks, volleyball, we enjoyed everything.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay at The Little House of Serenity! The house was clean, modern, updated and had all the amenities we needed as well as additional features that gave it an added touch of comfort. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. The backyard was perfect for our dog, morning meditation and sitting outside enjoying the sunshine. Dawn is a very helpful and responsive host. The location was central and it was easy to get to the city, the beach, parks and shopping centers. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend it to anyone!

Dawn was extremely accommodating. The place was clean and tastefully decorated. The fenced in back yard was perfect for my pup, Grand pup and Grandkiddos. Very pet friendly but there is no evidence of previous dogs having been there. 6 can stay comfortably. We would definitely stay again.
