We rented this home for our bridal party the weekend of our wedding. The house was even more beautiful than the pictures, very clean, and an amazing location walkable to both the Saratoga racetrack and downtown/Broadway. Jared was flexible and excellent with communicating in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this lovely home and Jared as a host!

Our second great stay at Jared’s place and we look forward to booking our third soon. Exactly as described, convenient to Broadway and all the shops and restaurants. Can’t beat the space and private bathrooms for each bedroom.

This house is just as it’s described and the location could not be more perfect. A two minute walk to congress park and 5-6 minute walk to downtown. The Brook Tavern was a great dinner spot right around the corner. The house was clean, comfortable with plenty of amenities, and it fit our family of 11 perfectly - so much space! We will definitely be coming back!

Great stay! House is beautiful and such a plus for every bedroom to have a bathroom. Great for a large group
