Jeffs Airbnb was exactly as described! Tidy, clean, great location! Please note that you are NOT walking distance with kayaks to the KP hole. You can absolutely walk there, but it would be very difficult to get to the boat launch by foot with kayaks in hand. And it’s absolutely walking distance without a kayak if you just wanted to float around in the water. We threw 2 kayaks in my large SUV (CX-9) and left the trunk open and had no problems for the 2 minute drive to the launch spot. As for the home itself, it is comfortable, clean, well maintained! It could absolutely hold 5-6 people comfortably. The master bathroom is renovated very nicely. Jeff is also extremely friendly and responsive and made the whole stay extremely enjoyable! We did not receive soap or shampoo so make sure to bring some. But other than that could not recommend this place enough! I would absolutely stay here again should we revisit the rainbow springs!

Jeff was a great Host! He was very quick getting back to my questions. We arrived and it was an easy process to enter the Bungalow. Everything was clean, the kitchen was stocked for cooking, and there was wifi and TV options for the kids. The walk to KP Hole was not too bad. Transferring the Kayaks was an adventure though. We had campfires and played the games out back. Overall it was a great place to stay and enjoy the river and headspring. Thank you, Jeff!
