Great location, house could use upgrades in kitchen & bathrooms.

This was our first time going to Rainbow River and we couldn’t have picked a better house for it. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels and house essentials. It’s a little outdated but does everything you need it to do. There was a binder full of information about the house, river rules, maps, and info about other attractions in the area. If you’re a first time kayaker you might have a little trouble getting in and out of the kayak on the dock but if you’re with others it’s not so bad. The tandem kayak has a broken seat clip and we kept hitting our fingers on it and the seats could be updated for more comfortably but overall great kayaks. There were plenty of games and we enjoyed relaxation out on the dock. Overall, a great house with a great location. Will definitely book another reservation here again for our next trip to the river.

Older house. everything good shape . cooking utensils good and plentiful . Lots of refrigerator room . beds and rooms very comfortable . Kayaks and river access Fantastic. Really liked the place and would like to stay again. Pool Very nice, maybe could use a pool heater .

Nice house in a great location. River location was fun for kayaking and relaxing. Pool was cold, but we still managed to enjoy it.
