The 2 tier dock is the absolute heart of this spot!!! The most beautiful view and easy launch right onto Rainbow River and very close to the Withlacoochee. Myself and 3 friends stayed 3 nights and went out on our paddle boards, used the house kayaks and the pedal boat and jumped from the top dock tier! (Yes this is encouraged!!) Gil, the owner, was wonderful to speak with, so friendly and accommodating, as well as full of great advice and tips!! Reach out to him for a good conversation. The house is a typical older style river home, but plenty comfortable for a weekend vacation! You won’t want to leave the dock anyway! Wonderful stay and we will absolutely be back! **Also Tom who runs the property locally is also very prompt with communication and very nice!**
