The home was as described, wonderful view, peaceful location. There were a few issues during the stay but Kimberly was quick to respond and addressed immediately. Would definitely stay again.

The view is amazing, and well worth the cost. We took our 5 children, and my Mom. With 3 kayaks, and lifejackets provided. Two adult bikes, if you enjoy wildlife and fishing. You can ride the bike or even walk to the bait shop. The area has pretty much anything you would need or want. There was something to do for all ages. I always read reviews and it is hard to please everyone. The house has plenty of space. It's unique and has a lot of character. Lights are easy to figure out. If you don't want to relax in the massivel deep tub. You have the other bathroom to shower or take a bath. Anything we needed we had. Best over all experience and fantastic communication. Kimberly even went out of her way to make sure we knew how to use/work everything. To sending me a message about the local event that was going on. With live music, crafts and food vendors. It's normally hard for me to just relax without cleaning or doing something. I was able to relax and enjoyed everything with my family.

Kimberly's place was an absolute gem for our extended stay with our dog. The fenced-in backyard provided a lovely view of the river, and we found ourselves gravitating to the screened-in patio for meals, games, and wildlife watching. We enjoyed exploring Rainbow River right from the dock. The peaceful neighborhood added to the charm as well as being close to several parks and grocery stores. The main bathroom's shower was a pleasant surprise with its strong water pressure and consistent hot water supply. The heating and cooling systems kept us comfortable throughout our stay. Despite a few maintenance hiccups, Kimberly's quick responses and assistance were truly appreciated as she promptly resolved all issues. We wouldn't hesitate to choose Kimberly's place again for our next stay.

This is an excellent location to access both rivers and the lake, as well as public boat ramp. We had a great time and the views are amazing!!!! I will definitely be looking to stay there again!!!
