Not worth it to stay in this place.The whole house is not clean at all especially the kitchen area, the water dispenser and also the bahay kubo outside (full of dust & ants). If its not a hassle for us we would want to book for another place. We had a high expectation for this place because of the reviews. I dont know if the reviews here are truthful. Literal na budol lang! It's not cozy as advertised. They need to upgrade the cleanliness of their house.

kristine and her place is a gem!! glad i booked it for my family. we enjoy our outdoor bbq grill for lunch and everything we need is basically inside the kitchen. the beds are comfy, linens and towels are clean, aesthetically pretty interiors, and we love that few board games are availbale to play, even as adults we enjoyed it. the pool area is walkable, free parking is a plus! and internet connection is fast. will surely recommend this place,, no regrets 💯💯

The place is condo apartment, each building labeled by a letter. The host are very responsive and proactive. Caretaker was on time on agreed check in time.peaceful and nice surroundings.inside is a master bedroom , living area and kitchen w dining .second floor has a low ceiling so if your above 5 feet be careful not to bump you head if your beyond 5’7 then the second floor is not for you

Kristine’s place is that perfect small but spacious house all a small group could ask for. It is near restaurants and places to go but not too near to be bothered by what’s happening outside. Since it’s located inside a secured village, one can always enjoy walks anytime of the day - especially after meals. It would have been already perfect if the clubhouse pool was heated. Nevertheless, Kristine’s place is just fantastic. We will definitely be back.

Peaceful and serene. Property felt like home and safe. Clean, free of clutter. Same as advertised. Overall, we had a really pleasant stay! We will definitely book again to bring our parents here.
