We had a great stay. Walking distance in to Midhurst and Cowdray. Everything you need was provided. Simon was quick to respond to any queries and provided helpful instructions.
Simon is an amazing host. Information was super clear & he was really responsive every step of the way. The place is beautifully decorated & a perfect location in Midhurst. We were there for a wedding in the Cowdray ruins walled garden and we could walk there & back. Thank you for an amazing stay!
We needed a base for 2 days to visit local friends. Simons apt was perfect, had what we needed and more that we didn’t use as we were out most of the time. It is furnished very well, lots of lovely homey touches and great views across Cowdry ruins. Walking distance to shops, restaurants etc. Helpful lady let us in and had put a bottle of milk in fridge for us.
Great flat in the heart of Midhurst. Used as a base for our trip to Goodwood Revival so didn’t spend much time there, but it was very comfortable and had everything we needed.
You are literally heart of Midhurst with the wonderful cafe's, shops, restaurants and pubs on your doorstep, as well as the beautiful Cowdray Park. It is all within walking distance from the house.
The Historic Market Town of Midhurst in West Sussex has great historical social and political significance – Cowdray played host to both Queen Elizabeth I and King Henry VIII. Guy Fawkes once worked at the house, which later caused the Montague Family to be implicated in the Gunpowder Plot of 1605. Then, in the Civil War, the Parliamentarians used the house as a Roundhead barracks. Partially destroyed by fire in 1793, the magnificent ruins now tower over the town’s water meadows and visitors can explore where Kings and Queens of England once stood.
Midhurst lies on the iconic A272 between Petersfield and Petworth.

自我介绍
Having lived in London for over 20 years we have now moved out to the countryside. We are passionate about good food and drinks, travel and going out on adventures, exploring new places and enjoy socialising with family and friends. From our extensive travels, we realise how important is the place you stay in and it can make or break an experience. We love finding new ideas and bringing them back to our homes to create great places to stay in and feel at home.
