I love this little place. It had everything my daughter and I needed and was perfectly situated for us to get to and from any part of the city without a car. Steve and Mimi were very thoughtful and communicative. The apartment was beautifully appointed and the bathtub sublime. We will most certainly stay there again if possible.

The suite was impeccably clean and beautifully appointed. It also had the amenities you'd want (coffee; mini-fridge; microwave; extras). The location, FOR ME, was just too far from the more central areas of the city: I should have stayed closer in, but this was my fault/lack of understanding. Steve and Mimi were super communicative and warm in their communications. Drawbacks for me were: no kitchen in the suite and street parking not necessarily easy.

Clean, comfortable, and peaceful stay. Quiet neighborhood within walking distance of major transit lines. A bus ride on the 23 bus brought me to the zoo and Ocean Beach in 30 minutes. Stunning bathroom remodel with shower with regular and rain water shower heads, floor to ceiling white marble, mood lighting, and a soaking tub. Ultra comfortable mattress, luxury linens, and home entertainment center with stellar audio. I appreciated the picture windows that I could open to let in fresh air and hear the birds singing. Steve and Mimi are good communicators and gracious hosts.

Steve & Mimi’s place is just a 5-6 minute walk away from My Cousin’s Home = Perfect for My Visit. The location was the most important consideration for Me and then — Everything Else about My stay Here was exceptionally clean & private & comfortable & thoughtful & lovely + affordable as well as being just so conveniently walkable. Thank You for these wonderful rooms to stay in a great San Francisco Neighborhood I do Hope to return. soon. Mary
