The view is simply gorgeous. The area where the condo is located and the grounds are affluent and beautifully maintained. The unit however is very original to the building and has many problems associated with that and poor maintenance from stained and chipped tiles and grout, windows that will not close, original kitchen and bathrooms. The quality of the unit was, unfortunately, not at the upscale price point that it rents for.

We liked the villa very much, especially for the perfect location. But compared to many others that we have stayed in the Palmas area it is not equipped with beach essentials, like beach chairs, cooler, or any other item related. TV does not have internet connection, only basic cable, and there are no cleaning products other than liquid detergent for the dishes.
