We had a wonderful stay at Eugene’s and Phil’s apartment. What a gorgeous location. We felt very safe here as you need to check in at the main entrance and then a more secured check point to enter The Marbella Club. We loved that our building was the last one. There was no noise and it felt very private. The apartment was spacious and beautifully appointed. Everyone had their own space and the common areas were big enough for everyone to get together. All the toiletries in each of the bathrooms were filled so leave your soap, shampoo and conditioner at home. Beds were comfortable and clean. AC worked excellent as we had a couple of real hot days. Kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals. We also loved the fact that the tvs had regular cable tv as well as smart tv apps. The community lost power a couple of times but the building must have had a generator because it clicked back on within 10 seconds. Highly recommend this Airbnb and if it was pet friendly would stay here again.

Absolutely gorgeous ocean front breeze and views from the balcony and primary bedroom. Super comfortable stay with amazing grounds. The pools were great and everything was very clean. We can’t wait to come back. Comfortable space for my family of 7.

This place was perfect for our family! We spent a week with 4 adults and 4 kids at Phil’s place. There was plenty of privacy, space and no fighting over bathrooms (even with 4 daughters)! Follow the provided instructions for location and check in and you will have zero issues. We arrived late at night and found coffee, water and even wine waiting for us! The ocean view was even better than the pictures showed. The market in the neighborhood was so convenient and there’s several really good restaurants too. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. We took short day trips to El Yunque, Luquillo Beach and a boat trip to Culebra. All were easy to do, even with 4 kids. We definitely utilized the beach right outside the condo on our days in between. If you’re looking for a place to recharge, an ocean view, tons of space, safety, and an experienced host, this is it!
