An older motel nestled along the Avenue of the Giants. Hosts were extremely friendly and provided great suggestions for eateries. Very quick response when we had a problem with the satellite box. Graham came right away and replaced it making sure it worked before leaving. With a bridge out and not yet replaced about a mile up the Avenue, it was very quiet and a great place for an early morning walk.

Madrona was very kind and open and available for anything we would have wanted. We booked in the off-season so had the whole place to ourselves. Room had basic funishings and though dated, all clean and functional. Loved the quiet even though located right next to the highway. Enjoyed the stay.

This is a great little spot along the Avenue of the Giants. We were looking for something off the beaten path but along our route up 101 from central California to central Oregon. This fit the bill perfectly. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Cabin in the woods right on the path of the Valley of the Giants, couldn’t have asked for a more romantic and affordable getaway in the woods..not to mention the actual rooms being beautiful, and extremely cozy, good bathrooms and beds. And very responsive personable fun host there incase anything went wrong. Beautiful location, in a beautiful location. Ill never forget the stay
