We had a fantastic time in Fakenham and I will bring my family back to Julia's. Beds and bathrooms - great!! So peaceful and quiet.

Julia was a fantastic host, she responded immediately to queries and the house was lovely, spacious and very comfortable. The beds and sofas were comfortable and the garden was perfect for our little dog and there were lots of thoughtful touches. We would definitely stay here again as it felt like a home from home.

We had a lovely stay at this cottage. Very lovely place with great views and very quiet. Everything you needed was provided with 3 lovely rooms and 2 bathrooms. Great location to explore north Norfolk.

The house has been designed so well and beautifully finished. The kitchen, dining, snug area is fantastic and we were lucky to see deer as we sat and had morning coffee. We were two couples sharing, and it was perfect for large meals - plenty of space to cook and relax. The rest of the house is great too - lovely finishes, a real relaxing feel. Outside was wonderful - the garden is lovely and peaceful with a great view (and a 'good morning' from a friendly neighbour). We'd highly recommend Langham Glass - the demonstration was brilliant. We visited Holt a couple of times, a lovely place full of great shops, cafes and restaurants (and a nice little self-guided walking tour). The house is a great base for exploring the North Norfolk coast. We had a brilliant time on a seal-watching trip at Blakeney Point and a lovely stroll (and beer) in Cley next The Sea. A great weekend stay!
