I had my service dog and 3 children (8,7&1). Arrived at 5 (check in was 5) and the place was cold (it's winter)! I reached out to Frank to ask if he can turn up the heat (no thermostat ANYWHERE in the apt) and he said he would but will take a couple hours to heat up the VERY LARGE upstairs before the heat comes down (when i went to school I was taught heat rises???) I called again at 8 pm asking to PLEASE raise the heat because my children were freezing and my dog was shivering! The place never heated up. I went to the coffee machine to make us a hot drink to warm up and the coffee machine had MOLD IN IT! I reached out again asking when the last guests were in the apt and he advised more than a month ago!!! I told him about the mold. Coffee machine had mold for over a month in it?? I took pics of such mold and gross machine. At this point I have been in contact with AirBnb support since 8pm when I asked - no help from them. I booked for 2 mths. I had to leave the next day.

It was wonderful home. We will come back to this house again if we have the chance. We love everything in the house.

Frank was always responsive and addressed any question or problems that occured. He was accommodating to any schedule and booking changes that were needed, and helped to ensure a comfortable stay. The place was exactly as advertised, easy to find, and in a fairly quiet neighborhood. Overall we were happy with our booking, and I would highly recommend it to anyone needing a long term stay.
