We loved our stay in Rich’s place, comfortable beds, very clean, we were able to spend time together as a family, and there was plenty of space to chill out on our own when we wished. Pool, lagoon and sea all on the doorstep, lots to do in the surrounding area, a great place to explore the Keys - wish we had had more time

Really liked the layout, bedrooms on 1st and 3rd floors with living room and kitchen on 2nd floor. Liked that there were 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Also liked that there were balconies for all bedrooms and main spaces. The pool, lagoon and marina areas were nice. There are 2 kayaks and not 3 as shown in listing. Rich was a good host and responded immediately at check in and out. Location good to many restaurants and bars.
