A beautiful big property on top of the hills with an amazing view. The pool is great to relax in and large table perfect for big family meals. Maria was great to help us with local knowledge and booked us 2 fantastic restaurants. Would definitely recommend this property for a relaxed family escape.

Wir waren 3 Familien (6 Erwachsene, 8 Kinder) aus Berlin vom 31. Juli bis 03.August 2022 dort. Schon am ersten Tag hatten wir gemerkt, dass etwas im Swimmingpool nicht in Ordnung war. „Alle Kinder und Erwachsene“ haben am Körper rote brennende Flecken bekommen. Obwohl wir es seit dem ersten Tag der Gastgeberin mitgeteilt haben, hat sie unsere Beschwerden ignoriert und uns empfohlen zum Arzt zu gehen. Einmal waren unsere Sonnencreme schuld, einmal waren unsere Kleidung daran schuld und sogar waren auf einmal unsere Herkunft daran schuld, dass wir Sonne und Wasser in Italien nicht ertragen können! Wir hatten im heissen Sommer diese Unterkunft wegen des Swimmingpools ausgesucht. Anstatt uns zu helfen und das Problem im Pool zu beseitigen, hat sie uns gebeten, das Haus 2 Tage vorher zu verlassen. Heute haben wir das Haus verlassen. Kurz gesagt: wir wurden rausgeschmissen. Die Räumlichkeiten waren sauber, Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr schlecht, und es ist für grosse Gruppen nicht geeignet, da es keine Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine im Haus vorhanden sind. Nach eigenen Aussagen der Gastgeberin ist das Haus ein ruhiger Ort, also für Familien mit Kindern nicht geeignet, weil es ruhiger Ort ist und kein Lärm erwünscht ist. Wir haben uns beobachtet gefühlt, und obwohl das Check Out um 10 Uhr war, hat sie bereits um 7:30 angefangen alles im Aussengelände wegzuräumen, obwohl wir in Ruhe unsere letzten Stunden verbringen wollten. Wir müssten leider sogar unsere Restmüll selber kilometerweit entfernt entsorgen. Die Strassen zum Haus sind im sehr schlechten Zustand. Wer kein Geländewagen hat, sollte es sich zweimal überlegen. Schlechtes Internet! Und abschliessend hatte sie immer ausreden, wahrscheinlich wird sie auch hier auf unsere Bewertung einige Ausreden schreiben.

Et dejligt ophold hos Maria i det naturskønne Toscana. Et fantastisk fjerntliggende og højtliggende sted. Vidunderlig udsigt. Et dejligt stort sted med vidunderlig svømmepøl. Maria er meget venlig. Vi følte os godt modtaget. Jeg kan varmt anbefale dette rummelige sted med masser af plads til 15 personer.

Emanuele è stato molto disponibile e ci ha aiutato a raggiungere la casa in una località difficilmente raggingibile senza navigatore :) La casa rispecchia pienamente la descrizione, interno della villa molto confortevole e ben attrezzato, corredato da una zona verde molto rilassante.

Staying at Emanule's place was fantastic! The house located on a hill top, with so much nature around, It's like living in a postcard from Tuscany. The rooms are clean, the furnitures and the decoration are in a good taste and helping the to get that autentic vibe, the garden is so green, full of trees, and blossoming with so many flowers, The bads are comfortable, and all the apartments are fully equiped with modern kitchens, showers, and kitchen wear for cooking. Emanule is very helpful, welcoming, and responsive. The pool, especially in July- August was the cherry on top of everything, so clean and refreshing, and because we were a big family with mixed ages it was a great add. The area would be perfect is for the tourists that have been in Italy before, it's not near the mega atractions like Florence or Sienna, but It's surounded by many little, beautiful villages, wineries, little caffes and restaurants with local, fresh italian food. Also, keep in mind that the place is not like one of those hotels that are isolated from nature, It's full of nature, with all the beauty of it, but also a few bees here and there (didn't disturb us ), or little cute frogs near the pool in the morning (the kids would love it!). The bottom line: beautiful place, great experience, for an amazing autentic Tuskany style, not in the center, isolated and priavte, Pool!
