Second time staying with Stan, and it was awesome. Clean room, fresh linens, helpful check-in, flexible check-in, awesome price, the neighborhood has amazing restaurants right up the street, very close to metro and trams, and 3 different markets or supermarkets nearby. It was great staying here again as it is always budget-friendly and safe. I would highly recommend it for solo travelers or couples. Stan is friendly, attentive, and helpful!

Stanislav is very responsive and helpful he was open to fix an issue that I had. The person living next door had dirty the toilets and Stanislav got it cleaned. Location is good the house overall is ok for the price nothing very fancy if you are looking for that.

I was in Stanislav's shared flat for ten days and I liked it. The authenticity of the local neighborhood, devoid of the usual tourist crowds, was refreshing. Every morning I enjoyed a leisurely stroll to the local street market nearby, where the genuine spirit of the city comes alive. Stanislav was friendly and welcoming, I was his guest already for the second time. He was always quick to respond to my queries, providing clear and helpful information, ensuring a smooth and worry-free stay. The flat itself is conveniently located just a few steps from the iconic Lion's Bridge, situated in a quiet backyard away from the hustle and bustle. I appreciated the convenience of having shops and cafés within walking distance. The room provided a small working table, enough for a laptop. Everything was as advertised on AirBnB.
