The accommodation is very clean and well maintained. From the second and third floor you have a beautiful view over the lake. Ivano surprised us with a small welcome package. In the house is so far everything available. The internet works very well and fast. We were with 2 adults and 3 children in the house and it was space-wise very good. There is an open staircase throughout the house. Check-in and check-out works smoothly via a key box. We were also able to meet Ivano. He is very friendly and also inquired at the beginning of the vacation if everything is okay. There are several restaurants, cafes and a bar. You can also get to the small beaches very quickly. The bike and pedestrian path makes it easy to travel along the lake. There is also a bus station near the house where buses run regularly. We liked our stay in this Airbnb very much, can highly recommend it and will be happy to come back ourselves.

Positifs : - Vue magnifique sur le lac - Cassone est un très joli village au bord de l'eau. La plage est très proche . Bon glacier . - couchages confortables - petites attentions à l'arrivée avec boissons fraîches et douceurs à grignoter - climatisation qui fonctionne très bien, pas bruyante. Négatifs : - fourniture de torchons vraiment tâchés et certaines serviettes de bain également - la douche fuit , il faut éponger systématiquement après chaque douche - le lave-vaisselle arrose la vaisselle mais ne lave pas. Nous avons dû tout laver à la main. - très peu de vaisselle et couverts, pas d'élucheur. - la taxe de séjour, dont il n'avait jamais été question, nous a été demandée par message la veille du départ à 23h, à régler le le lendemain en liquide : nous n'avions plus d'argent en cash, les enfants ont pioché dans leur argent de poche ! - propriétaire qui nous demande une somme pour une tâche sur le canapé dont nous ne sommes vraiment pas sûrs d'être les auteurs

Wir waren zu fünft. Ivano war super hilfsbereit und alles hat gut funktioniert. Wenn die Schlafcouch aufgeklappt ist, ist es eng, um ins Bad zu kommen. Für uns hat es aber gepasst. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, nach Malcesine kommt man gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Leider hat es nicht geklappt, dass wir am nächstgelegenen Parkplatz mit der Parkkarte parken konnten, weil die Schranke zu nieder war. 5-10 min entfernt ist ein Parkplatz für 5€/ Tag.
