First, I'd like to say Kaios was an amazing host. He made sure that our stay was better than perfect. Second, the home had plenty of room for our family of three. Lastly, the neighborhood had minimal traffic, making evening walks to the beach, enjoyable. My final thoughts, this home was a wonderful place to stay and I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for piece and quiet.

The home was perfect - rooms were even better than the photos. Great directions were included. It’s in a nice neighborhood near the water. Overall it met our needs for visiting with family near by. We especially appreciated being able to discuss the home’s availability with the owner.

Kaios was very flexible and easy to work with. His property was so convenient and walkable to family, the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Lovely safe, neighborhood. We were so close to our family that we really didn't use all the amenities that were provided, grill, washer/dryer, TV, etc. Very comfortable stay, hopefully, his place will be available whenever we are in South Dartmouth to visit family.

Such a beautiful home. Location was in a very beautiful neighborhood. Kaios was very responsive to questions. I wish I had more time to enjoy the home itself.

This is our 2nd stay at Kaios’s. We really enjoy the location, house, private/ peaceful backyard, & convenient parking. Perfect for a (family) beach getaway. Kaios is responsive, helpful & proactive with check-in/out information. We look forward to staying again in the future.
