Bree was very responsive whenever we needed anything. She was proactive and would check in occasionally to see if we needed anything. The house was always quiet and I appreciated the signs for reminders to remain quiet as others may be resting. The neighborhood was peaceful and I never felt unsafe. I recommend staying here for any healthcare professionals who are working in the area.

I needed a place to stay and work remotely that would allow me to visit my father-in-law in the hospital daily, sometimes twice in a day. Room 1 at Bree’s place delivered and I ended up staying for 10 days. Everything about the room and house was as-advertised, the neighborhood is peaceful - I always felt safe, and the drive to St. Elizabeth’s Boardman is 15 minutes by local roads or highway. The private bath in room 1 was great, and the house was very clean. The cleaning service was there twice during my stay, on Sundays, and did a very thorough job cleaning the common areas. Bree’s place is an exceptional value and I highly recommend.

Bree was a great host. I particularly liked how close the place was to the shops at boardman so Starbucks and the gym was easily accessible. She provides a washer and dryer which is so convenient. Overall great experience and I recommend this especially for students who are in the area for rotations.

My stay was fantastic. This was my first experience with a shared room in a house. The house was beautiful, clean, and as described. Check in was easy and flexible. No noise from other roommates, each room had its own lock. The neighborhood was peaceful, and the house a driveway for each house member. It's located in between downtown Youngstown and Boardman, a quick drive to important places for work or relaxing in the evenings. I very much enjoyed my stay and will be getting a room here when I come back.

Bree was a FANTASTIC host. She was so accommodating and always checked in to make sure you were comfortable. She checked in to ask if you needed anything and would answer in a timely manner. Bree is very kind and sweet. She has a beautiful and clean home. You DO NOT want to pass up on her place. I would most definitely stay again!
