We really enjoyed our stay here, the place was the perfect size for 3 couples, and the ‘extras’ made it super special. We loved the foosball table and hot tub (all 6 of us fit comfortably in the tub)! I’d definitely recommend staying here when visiting PEC!

Everything you need, well decorated and clutter free, though there are large dying plants that are in the way. Very clean other than the BBQ which was dirty and covered in metal bristles from the brush. Bedrooms have good storage if you want to unpack. The A/C on the main floor is good, upstairs it doesn't reach the bedrooms as well, but there are fans in every room. Windows are typical of an old home, they either don't open, or need to be propped open. The outside doors are tricky to lock, double check when you do. Hot tub is nice to have, but the platform built for it has a steep drop on both sides. Beware if you're a light sleeper, the listing doesn't mention but reviews do, the church next door rings it's bell on the hour, every hour. The foot traffic through that church parking lot is busy too, and there is only a sheer curtain to cover the facing window if you want privacy. Park pass in the binder was the wrong one with the right one tucked away in a cupboard.

The street name is incorrect on the listing. The house is not located on West Mary street, it is Mary street. We were lost and the local neighbours helped us find the place. If you are planning on staying in the summer time, be aware that this is a two story house that is equipped with one AC wall unit, which is intended to cool both upstairs and downstairs. When we were there it did not effectively cool the house at all. It was over 26 degrees in the house (in the evening) and it was cooler outside than it was inside. The upstairs bedrooms were especially warm. None of the windows on the lower level open (they are sealed shut) so you cannot get any fresh air inside. Some of the screens on the doors have holes in them so when you do open it to try and get some fresh air, the mosquitos come in. The air was stale and very stuffy throughout the whole house, very poor ventilation. The property manager that I have been communicating with about this issue has not provided me with a positive experience at all. The sheets on one of the beds were not clean and there are no extra towels or bedding provided at all. Sharing this so anyone interested can make an informed decision about this location.
