This place was a great place to stay. Derick is a great host. Everything was very clean, the place was fully stocked with kitchen and bathroom essentials, WiFi is fast, and it’s close to lots of stuff. Derick responded very fast to any questions or needs that we had. I would recommend this place to anybody.

Derick’s house is a beautiful place to stay with all the things you need, if you visit Wichita for work or pleasure it is a very convenient location and nice neighborhood. Derick is an excellent host, very friendly and responsive.

We booked Derick's home for our daughter's 4 week hospital rotation. Location was terrific with easy access to main roads and highway. Overview - driveway parking plus full use of garage with remote. Living room has comfy sofa, fireplace and great large screen TV. Kitchen is modern new gas stove, new fridge, quartz counters. All the supplies you need. Nice pots/pans, dishes, knife set & silverware. 2 bedrooms with really great beds and linens. Nice remodeled bathroom. Back yard is outstanding. Great deck with furniture & lighting. Yard has fire pit & 4 adirondack chairs. Basement has new washer/dryer and is fully supplied (pods, dryer sheets, folding table). Outside motion detector lights in front & back are nice for security. Guide book is best we have seen - everything you want to know. Our daughter felt the home was safe and a great place to come back to after long days. Derick is an outstanding host, very responsive & shows concern to ensure everything is just right. Perfect!
