In a superb and tucked away countryside location we have this modern, luxurious bedroom suite with it's own private entrance. Although attached, no amenities or rooms are shared with the main house (no kitchen). Situated in the village of Kelly Bray, we have good access to the main A30 & A38 trunk roads. The bedroom suite is a perfect base for couples wishing to explore Cornwall and Devon, being nestled between Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor, and on the main bus route between Plymouth and Bude. The main entrance door leads into a hallway with table and 2 chairs. There is a kettle for refreshments and a fridge to keep drinks etc cool. From this hallway you access the large bedroom and large bathroom. There is no access to the main house as the door is locked.

This is the second time we have stayed at Beverley’s; this time in the bedroom annexe. So homely, clean and comfortable. A great space to relax and base ourselves for travelling around Cornwall and Devon. Beverley is extremely helpful with great communication and everything is clearly laid out.

Beverley’s place was lovely and clean loved how we had a bedroom with a en-suite also you had your own front door with a kitchen area the little added touches of cereal, milk, biscuits was a very lovely and all without being in the bedroom very clean and tidy within the room thank you for sharing this with us
we have just returned from a lovely stay at Beverley's. Set in beautiful and peaceful surroundings, the bedroom suite is just as described. Incredibly comfortable bed, wonderful shower and bath. The whole place was immaculate. The added touches of milk and a few breakfast items were great too. Would definitely recommend!

Kelly Bray is a small village in the countryside, on a main bus route and has a lovely local village pub which serves a variety of meals. The nearest town of Callington is 1 mile and the whole area is nestled between the picturesque and dramatic countrysides of Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor.
Tavistock, Launceston, Plymouth and Liskeard are all within a 20 minute drive away and the international golf resort of St Mellion is less than 10 minutes. The lovely and very beautiful village of Calstock on the river Tamar and the National Trust's riverside Cothele Estate and Water Mill are both a 10 minute drive. The Devon border through Gunnislake and over the River Tamar is also about 10 minutes away.
Kelly Bray provides a great location base for getting around and visiting the beautiful Counties of Cornwall and Devon.
The A30 and A38 are both 9 miles from Kelly Bray (which is on the A388), making it an ideal location for getting around as there are so many beautiful places to visit. The local bus stop is a 5 minute walk and so getting around East Cornwall and West Devon by bus is easy. The train station at Gunnislake is less then 10 minutes by car, and this is the local branch line from Plymouth.
