Rubbyfarm is a great location for a quiet getaway. My wife is disabled and has a cleaning phobia. As soon as she walked into the cottage, she immediately felt at ease and reassured with the standard of cleanliness and tidiness. The location of the farm is great for daily trips out and about. Katie herself is very engaging and a great hostess. On arrival, we were greeted with a Devon cream tea, which went down a treat. We will definitely be returning for another holiday in the near future.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Granary. It had beautiful views and was in a great location for exploring Dartmoor and the Tamar Valley.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rubbytown Farm. The cottage was clean, well maintained and perfect for our needs with the most amazing views of the Tamar valley and a stunning field for our dog to run around. Katie was a superb and friendly host along with her husband plus we had the added joy of daily visits from their lovely dog Ruby which we loved. We'd absolutely recommend this peaceful venue as a place to rest beside lush green meadows and from which to explore forest trails or drive to golden sandy beaches only an hour away.

Great place, great surroundings. Katie was very welcoming and the scones were exceptional. Was there for work but looking at coming back for pleasure with the family. Loved it, thank you Katie.

Katie was extremely friendly and helpful. The place is delightful, set amongst rolling hillsides on a farm where there are friendly, horses and dogs that come up to greet you and rabbits gallivant in the fields nearby at dusk.
