Fun and amazing old place. Perfect location! We had no car but there were tons of buses just down the road going all over for a couple of quid! We cooked in the kitchen and slept like logs in the cosy bedroom.

We had a very nice stay at the house. It is extremely well located to walk straight into town and the delights of Frome. There are also good walks just round the corner (for those with dogs). You do have to be happy to do much stair climbing as the accommodation is very much on different floors. The Bathroom is lovely. The kitchen very well equipped and a good dining area on that floor. Everything is very tasteful and feels rather grand. A great example of the fine architecture which Frome excels at. Ryan was helpful and communicative at all times. Would recommend.

The house has everything you could wish for in a home from home, and after a couple of hours you no longer even notice the initially noisy traffic. The ancient floorboards creak and the stairs are steep but the overwhelming feeling is of comfort and homeliness, and we wished we could have stayed longer. It is the most wonderful house to return to after a day of exploring the beauties of Somerset, Dorset and Wiltshire. Frome itself is a very charming and beautiful town. The house is old and full of charm but is also well equipped and practical; the bedrooms are comfortable, the kitchen has everything you could need, and the very spacious bathroom is simply the best with a large bath tub and an excellent, separate shower. The landlord is thoughtful and very welcoming. We are already looking forward to coming back for another stay.

We had a great time staying in Frome. Ryan's house is full of character, it's a very comfortable and cosy place to hang out in, super warm, and close to everything- our teens really enjoyed the trip. Our highlights were Rye Bakery - with it's amazing bread and baked goods, High Pavement for fantastic food, River House for brunch, Frama for coffee. The little cinema has tickets for £4 plus an ice cream seller before the film starts. Walking to Mells along the river was so beautiful- bring wellies, you can catch the bus back to Frome or walk. We really hope to return as there was so much more we wanted to do. Thank's Ryan!
