We had a thoroughly enjoyable two week stay. The apartments and studios are situated in a small but pleasant garden and have use of the communal swimming pool, complete with sun loungers. Our two bedroom apartment was modern, well equipped and well maintained. The beds were huge and I have never seen so many electricity sockets!! It had all the essentials needed to prepare and/or cook lunches and dinners. With the added convenience of being just a short 10 minute stroll into the village of Spartia for two minimarkets, two cafes and a wonderful restaurant. There are also two other lovely restaurants within a five minute drive. All in all, a lovely apartment in an ideal situation. Our apartment was beautifully maintained daily by Evi, she could not do enough for us in order to make our stay enjoyable. She was always helpful, happy and smiling, a lovely personality.

This is our 2nd time to Kefalonia and to the town of Spartia - Paola’s place is new so this was our first time staying and it did not disappoint - it’s gorgeous! The location is a walk to the centre of town - access to 2 markets, 2 coffee shops and the best restaurants on the island - Cavos Liakas. It is a walk / quick drive to the best beach - Spartia. We stayed in the 2 bdrm, full kitchen / living room and includes a balcony with seating that overlooked the pool. The kitchen has all amenities and perfect to cook in - we made breakfast, hot lunches and enjoyed inside or on the balcony. The bedrooms are spacious, the linens /towels fresh and cleaned during your stay. The bathroom is modern and the whole place is kept so clean. The pool is relaxing to come back after a day of exploring. Paola & Fluvia were attentive before and during our stay with great recommendations - it was so nice to meet them. We will be back to stay - don’t hesitate to book it is incredible!!!

Thank you again , Paola for making our stay so amazing! The house is absolutely spotless so much space. The pool is a good size for five adults to enjoy! The beds are so comfortable! The kitchen is well stocked with essentials to cook meals everyday. Would 100% so much better than hotel! The house was clean everyday and towel changed every other day
