We’ve spent 4 nights with 1 toddler and 1 infant. Although the flat was nice and clean we were a bit disappointed with the lack of communication. There was no light in the bathroom and the flat it’s located on the 3rd floor with no lift. There was no light in the staircase. The host has never replied to any of our query upon arrival.

They don’t tell you which key safe has the key or which flat it opens and they don’t answer the phone so I’ll say it here maybe save someone else the embarrassment of having to try the keys in every single flat like I did. The key is in the top right one and the flat is on the top floor on the right. When I stayed their the drains smelled foul and the hot water was not working. It was really hard to get hold of anyone or get a reply when you had a problem and I kept having to chase them. When I did get a response from them it was just that someone would get back to me or that the owner was coming round to fix it but that never happened, I’m appalled by the customer service side of the place and disappointed that the hot water was off as I chose this flat because it had a bath.

I couldn’t review this place as they had issues with the flat so I was moved to another one 10 minutes away. But it was clean, comfortable and the owners were very accommodating. I lost the keys and they came out at 1am to let me in.
