The inside was all new and was beautiful with fantastic views. The owner was very responsive and a pleasure to talk with.

The property was perfect for what we wanted. A comfortable escape with tremendous scenery and privacy. Would go back again without hesitation.

My family and I just returned from a 3 night stay at Lake Winnepesaukee at this house and we all loved it! It’s a charming, well appointed, Lakehouse with plenty of room for our family and sweeping views throughout. Loved the feel, the views, the reading nooks, the deck our back, location etc. Smart TVs were a bonus too and we never ran out of hot water which is always huge bonus. We miss it already and will definitely be back. Highly recommend! (Rented a boat from Fays and they were also incredible to work with!)

We love the location and the property itself; however for what we paid, we feel the condition the property was left in for our arrival was unacceptable. An entire sleeping space was left filthy, visibly used, and clearly was not cleaned. In addition, not all beds were made. There were no toiletries and household items, such as paper towels, were not replenished. There was also disinfectant cleaning spray carelessly left out. We reached out to the contact about the dirty sleeping space specifically and were simply told (after waiting 24 hours for a response) the cleaner couldn’t climb the ladder. So although we paid for and counted on this space for sleeping, we were not told ahead of time and were offered no solution. The space was filthy and that response was unacceptable. I honestly feel we cleaned it more prior to leaving. Evolve did not seem to care about any of the above either. As a rental company, they should expect and do better.
