The Pepin Marina Retreat: Main Floor Studio Apartment is across from the Pepin Marina in the quaint village of Pepin Wisconsin. The open floor plan layout is the former home to an ice cream shop built in 2010, with a brand new kitchen and island peninsula, with a view to the lake. This loft-style space is perfect for two people (but could accommodate more kids on pull-out couches for up to 5 people to share). This can be rented solo or in combination with the upstairs cottage apartment! Great for foodies to test out our new kitchen, or as a couple's getaway or teen lounge. New large-screen TV. This can be booked in combination with the separate cottage apartment with huge deck on the second floor.

We had a great stay and loved the location. It's right on the water and everything is very walkable. The owners were very helpful and we had a great stay. We will definitely be back - highly recommend.
Beautiful little gem! Wish I had found it years ago! We drive from Minneapolis to visit the Harborview restaurant a few times a year, now we have a great place to stay. Will not stay anywhere else from now on.

PEACEFUL, SERENE & AWESOME. What a great place to stay in beautiful surroundings. We spent a week at Marya’s place and would’ve loved to stay a few more days. There were two of us and our dog. We had plenty of space, a kitchen perfect to prepare breakfast each morning and the decor is really well done. We went late in the season which was prefect for us, leaves changing and absolutely no hustle or bustle. The town of Pepin is walkable and has some hidden gems. We would highly recommend Marya’s place, I’m sure it’s a perfect spot for warmer months as well as access to the marina is right outside the front door. We would love to return to Marya’s place and the sweet town of Pepin.
We really enjoyed our stay for our anniversary! Great home in a fabulous location. Nice outside seating and a hook up so our dog could be out there with us. Beautiful view, close to the water and so relaxing! We were lucky enough to meet the owners, when we were there, such great people! They gave us recommendations on places to go and things to do. We enjoyed it all and can’t wait to come back!

We are right across from the Pepin Marina and Beach, and steps away from the iconic Harbor View Cafe! You can book sailing and pontoon rides on the lake. The Pickle Factory, a waterfront grill and bar, features live music, bingo and more. We are 1 mile away from the Villa Belleza Winery. Lots to see and do along all the nearby river towns.
Pepin is along the Great River Road, with bluffs on one side and Lake Pepin on the other. And yes, a train runs along the river! It is called the Driftless Area of SW Wisconsin as it escaped the flattening effects of glaciers during the last ice age! Quaint river towns such as Maiden Rock, Stockholm, Nelson and Alma are on either side of Pepin, about 5 miles apart from each other.
