This stay was possibly one of our favorites in Washington. By far the most well stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen. The view doesn’t get any better. We saw an otter and a couple eagles. It was a bit colder than we expected. But sitting outside with a blanket in the cold was kinda fun anyways. The water is so peaceful. I’d live out on that deck if I could. Didn’t hear any neighbors (looks like there’s construction on the house further down but didn’t hear any of it). You can hear a bit of traffic from the road but that’s the only sign that there’s people around. If we weren’t moving out of state we would definitely stay again. Gail was very communicative and helpful.

Lovely setting right on the canal. Quiet area, but a few good places to eat nearby. Stock up on groceries before coming! Well-appointed kitchen.
