Jan was absolutely amazing, we appreciate her quick response to any questions as well as her checking in on us making sure we sere content and settled in.. This home was our saving grace, we have 4 pups, arrived early from out of state.. To have a safe welcoming place for all of us until our home closed .. Takes this home from 5 star to a 10. Thank you Jan for welcoming us and our fur babies ❤️

Towels smelled like old water so we tried to wash them but then the washer started leaking and the towels STILL smelled bad. They smell fine right out the dryer but once you get them damp from drying the smell comes out. Grass was taller than my dog lol Could not find remote to tv in bedroom with door. Also we had no idea corner stores are not open late near by so having some water for guest could be helpful. Also we totally forgot pet friendly included cats and my husband is allergic so that’s why we moved the cat stand to the master room. And some ping pong balls went behind the washer :( Also I had to give my son medicine and then the cap attracted sugar ants by the kitchen sink.

We had to cancel our reservation before staying in jan’s place but she was very professional and about that.
