The rooftop pool and bar are 1000% the reason to stay here. It is SO cool!!! Great for a bachelorette trip.

Great apartment that is very centrally located! Big minus are the train tracks next to the building that are active at night as well

The apartment was modern and comfortable and located in a high-rise on the river walk off Las Olas Blvd in a very nice and upbeat modern developed area. Great for visiting Fort Lauderdale and the Las Olas district in particular. The furniture in the living room of the apartment was sparse and worn and could use some embellishment. The airconditioning system was a bit unreliable maybe it needs servicing or balancing since it varied from warm and seemingly not working to ok. The building is right next to the train tracks so you will have to get accustomed to the intermittent noise. Cater for parking cost in addition to whatever the spend for the lodging is and parking is not inexpensive in that part of town.
