I can never say enough to describe this place and how wonderful Ketsani & Loren are as hosts. This was our third visit, and they aren’t just hosts, but dear friends. You won’t find a more beautiful setting and hosts that take such pride in being hosts and sharing their love of their place with others. They go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Updated master bath was a nice surprise and much needed after spending over 10 hours on our motorcycles exploring the surrounding hill country. I wish we could return more than once a year.

This place is outstanding, the nature around us was beautiful and so peaceful. it is a great place to stay if you want to relax, rest and enjoy the outdoors. The house is big, clean and spotless, the hosts are very friendly and easy to talk with. We carried a conversation with them and we really enjoyed their company. We will definitely be back to this place, so far it is my number 1 choice for staying close to Fredericksburg.

I truly can't say enough about this special home and the people who own it. The house itself brings peace and relaxation... from the ABSOLUTE cleanliness to the care put in to the products inside. It feels very private, and is extremely quiet and comfortable. My mother and I never heard a sound except birds... and oh, if you are a bird enthusiast, this is the place to be! I sat out with my binoculars and watched for hours. The location is perfect, far enough to feel secluded but a quick and easy drive to town if you need anything. The full-sized kitchen is well stocked and ready for you to cook anything if you'd like. You have plenty of space to park, to unwind, to put your clothes in the amazing closet - so you feel like you are really at home while you are there. We felt very safe and most of all, cared for. Ketsani brought us some amazing cookies and was always readily available if we needed anything. Both she and Loren are kind, amazing friendly people. I can not wait to return.

Perfect for the long weekend getaway with my wife. Very secluded and private - you go through 3 gates to get to the house. Outstanding time on the porch - bird and hummingbird feeders stay very active and we saw deer several times come right next to the house within 20ft. Lots of space for a 1 bedroom place. If you're looking for a hot spot in town where the action is within walking distance of shops and restaurants, this is not your place. But if you're looking for quiet solitude and privacy with a connection to nature, this is perfect. Highly recommended. I would (and probably will) stay here again.
