The condo at Sandy Beach was a wonderful spot for my family. Beautiful views, walkable to some restaurants and small shops. Quick drive to many more beaches and all of Rincon. Very cute pool, huge closet of beach gear, plenty of bath and beach towels, nice bedding, good wifi, plenty of kitchen gear. The host provides thorough instructions for everything you need, very easy to check in and out independently.

Though the location of the property was great, it definitely is not an updated property as explained in the description and worth the amount they charge. Initially we were comfortable until we find out there was NO HOT WATER in the main bathroom, Ice machine did not work nor did the hood vent. I contacted the host which is located in Hawaii that i was disappointed and instead of apologizing for the inconvenience and thinks not working in the condo, she told me of i was not happy to find somewhere else and she would refund me the nights not stayed. I explained to her that we were disappointed, not unhappy and that going to another location isn't ideal as i just got back from the ER with my daughter who got very sick. We were about to leave to go somewhere else but my sick child was not up to it. Host is rude and inconsiderate. Issues with the hot water, vent or ice machine were not resolved at all. Will NEVER use this host again.
