I hope this review helps both the users (to know what to expect) and the owner as constructive criticism. This place was not up to the usual standards of accommodations we have been to. Owner should have been upfront about the state of the house. Pros: If you are looking for a place to crash in for the night, this is ok & price is reasonable. Cons: If you are looking for a simple getaway in the country to feel relaxed and cozy, this may not be suitable. Not safe for families esp with small children & the elderly for the following reasons: Gym equipment (some not in good condition) are in the living room. Design flow of the house is erratic. Kitchen is upstairs, this was not mentioned. To enter the second bedroom, you have to get through the kitchen. Kitchen is a hodgepodge project, no cabinet handles. To eat, you have to come down to the living room but no dining table & chairs. It is under a state of what looks like an incomplete DIY renovation and the reno looks shabbily done.

Price is comparable and it was clean. Collin was right there by phone to help us with an issue with the TV. We had no other issues at all.
