Wonderful house situated on a lovely peaceful private road. Woke up in the mornings to glorious sunshine and the sound of the sea. I can’t recommend this property enough. So thoughtfully and tastefully decorated, the kitchen was to die for and the pool an absolute treat. The lush soft towels a bonus too! I went for a week with my teenage sons and the three of us really appreciated the quality family time in such lovely surroundings. We didn’t need to trouble Ria and Adam much as they’d been so organised with perfect instructions for everything, but when I did have questions they we were so quick to help, excellent hosts. If anyone has the opportunity to stay here I’d say grab it as you won’t regret it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week staying in this beautiful house. Not only is it perfectly situated for the beach the house itself is equipped with everything you could ever need. Clearly a lot of thought has gone into every detail. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others.

We had a great stay at the beach house! The house is superb with everything you could possibly need during your stay including of course a lovely swimming pool which we made great use of even though the weather wasn't perfect :) Very comfortable home that was peaceful and private and perfect for our stay. The beach is a very short walk away and the surrounding area is beautiful. You are near many towns and places, beaches to go etc, all within 15-20 mins drive. We def enjoyed our stay and def would consider staying again!

The photos do not do this place justice. It was absolutely perfect for a girls getaway. Great communication, incredible location, tasteful decor and it has everything you could possibly need, from a BBQ, to a fully equipped kitchen and a heated pool. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We absolutely LOVED our stay! The house is gorgeous, immaculate, quiet, cosy, and the lovely pool was the cherry on the cake. We were two couples with two nine year olds and a toddler and it was perfect for us. Great hosts, really helpful. Sweet quiet street. The beach is a five minute walk away with a private entrance. Bognor is a few minutes drive or we walked down the promenade with the kids which took about 20 mins and was a really nice stroll. Mini golf next to the pier was great fun with our boys. But mainly we just hung out at the house and pool. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway, this is a great find!
