Mia's place is great, it has everything you'll need to have a very pleasant stay in Highlands. We felt right at home from the beginning, the rooms are nice and the patio in the back is perfect to have a nice afternoon by the grill.

We loved our stay at Mia’s cottage! It’s clear Mia takes great pride in her rental. The place was exceptionally clean, very nicely decorated, and she took great care and consideration to provide all the amenities we needed. She was friendly and responsive during our entire stay. The location is great for beaches (Sandy Hook and Sea Bright) and restaurants. We’ll be back!

If you’re in the area and want a cute quiet little getaway, plus a super responsive and helpful hosts, and proximity to the beach, you definitely need to book with Mia and Tony! Everything was perfect, all amenities as listed and more! Do yourself a favor and snag this cute cottage on the hill overlooking the beach and views of the NYC skyline on the walk down to the pier. Quick access to the highways/main drags, and nice beaches close by too. You won’t regret it!

We traveled as family and used the house as base to explore the NJ coast. We were very pleased about the charming decorations and Mia‘s excellent hospitality. We would certainly come back again.
