Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft ist super schön und die angrenzende Heide ist idyllisch. Einzig und alleine beim Kücheninventar, hätten wir uns eine bessere Ausstattung zum gemeinsamen Kochen gewünscht...wir kommen trotzdem gerne wieder!

Very nice place, very poor operation, and very rude management! Under heavy rain we couldn’t get information from call center to enter the premises by car. They suggested us to carry luggages 200m! The information was wrong, access to information was hard but the worst : The heating was not prepared and we couldn’t make it work. I wrote messages starting 18.00 p.m. until the morning no one helped! The next day I went to the reception and complained that nobody helped with the heating, I was tired I was frozen this experience was a disaster for me. I expected an apology. However the manager of the reception shouted at me and he said that he wouldn’t open the heating and he forced me to get out of the reception, he even called security! At that time I called Airbnb and they helped me to contact the management and they sent someone to open the heating after some time. Unbelieveble how they can operate this place with this rudeness and disinterest. Europarcs? NEVER AGAIN!!
