Gorgeous homely cottage, more spacious than it looks! The fire was already lit when we arrived, it was so cosy and inviting. There was a bottle of wine and teabags and milk, exactly what we needed after our long journey to get there! Everywhere was spotless and well maintained. It had everything we needed. There was also plenty of space outside for the kids to play, it’s in a quiet cup de sac so not many cars passing. Gerry met us when we arrived, he was very friendly and showed us around and where to find everything we needed. He gave us lots of helpful recommendations on places to eat and places to visit. The location is very close to the harbour and only a few minutes drive to the town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Gerry was an amazing host, he was so responsive, offered lots of recommendations and was really flexible with check in and check out times. The house was fabulous, a 5 minute walk to the quays in Westport & only a 5 minute drive into Westport town with loads of restaurants close by. When we arrived the house was spotless with candles lighting and a bottle of wine waiting, we couldn’t have asked for more. The house is deceptively big, with loads of beds and space. We will definitely return and maybe try the cabin next door, thanks Gerry.
