lovely, clean, tidy & deceptively spacious townhouse with private parking which, with parking being at a premium in Swansea, is a real benefit. Walking distance to the sea front and town including, must try, Joe's ice-cream around the corner. plenty of local restaurants. It was a real bonus to have 3 toilets between 6 of us! overall a lovely base to explore the South Wales coastline.

First class service from Lauren and her property, brilliant communication and prompt, easy to find from her directions and a smooth check in, place was immaculate and everything you need for a weekend away, nice quiet location with safe parking and close to local amenities, would 100% recommend and look forward to staying here again next time we are down, thank you Lauren

Nice house. We needed three bedrooms when we booked, to have found a place with 2.5 bathrooms as well was perfect. Great location for what we needed. Very clean and comfortable beds.

This place we used for 3 couples whilst visiting Swansea for a few days before a wedding. The location was ideal for being near the beach and Town Centre . Not sure if the self-catering aspect is suitable for 6 adults, very limited, but the place is so close to restaurants there's plenty of options. It was a bit difficult to understand what parking was available especially when we needed to park 3 cars, but there was an allocated space along with visitors parking which was first come first served basis. We really enjoyed our stay.
