Amazing stay at Paul's! Would 100% recommend! He was responsive and accommodating to my unpredictable schedule. The place is spacious and cozy. It was clean, tidy, and well-furnished when I checked in. Overall a very satisfactory living experience. The surrounding is a nice neighborhood with lots of small delis and restaurants. Close to the subway and buses.

We had a great stay at Paul’s house. Communication was easy and Paul was super flexible regarding check in etc. The area is nice and safe, public transport is just a few minutes away.

Paul's place was great and so was Paul! The apt is super cute, cozy and exactly as described in the listing. Paul quickly responded with inquiries and made sure our stay was comfortable. We would definitely stay here the next time we are in town. Thanks so much Paul!

Je suis resté un mois dans le logement de Paul à la fin de 3 ans d'expatriation à New York. L'endroit était parfait pour cette transition. J'ai découvert un nouveau quartier (Bed Stuy) très sympa. Le métro n'est pas loin (ligne C pratique pour Manhattan) et les magasins ne manquent pas? Paul est très réactif et son appartement vous donne l'impression d'être chez vous. C'est calme, propre, très bien décoré, le lit est excellent. Je recommande vivement !

The building's location is very convenient to transportation, and the neighborhood is very walkable with a lot of great food nearby. Paul is a very proactive, responsive host. He called to follow up after our check-in and let us know about a great new market in the area. The street and building were both very quiet, and the apartment was very comfortable with everything we needed during our stay. We had more than enough room (family of three) and appreciated having a kitchen with everything necessary to prepare quick meals and snacks. We will definitely check out Paul's place again when we're in town.
