Dies ist die Unterkunft die du suchst :). Ein paar Schritte vom Meer entfernt in einer grossen Residenz mit schönem Garten hat diese Unterkunft alles was man braucht. Super modern eingerichtet mit grosser Küche, modernem Bad mit grosser Dusche, bequemes Bett. Sehr gute Ausstattung, es ist wirklich alles vorhanden was man sich wünschen kann. Komme gerne wieder.

Irina is a great host, met us upon arrival to show us in and provide some guidance on where to find great croissants for breakfast. Beforehand, she advised on which tram to take etc., and has been very responsive to all communications. The property is very well located for someone wanting to enjoy leisurely walks on the promenade. It is very easy to get to from the airport and the tram stop is around the corner.

Stayed for a month at the apartment with my wife and newborn baby. We enjoyed every minute of our stay Location was amazing with a nice garden view and super close to the promenade and the tram going back and forth to the city center. The apartment had all amenities we needed. Would definitely recommend the place and Irina as a host Only thing to mention is that the building is not very handicap/babypram friendly as the elevator is very small and starts at the second floor. Other than this everything was perfect

Appartement trés bien aménagé, spacieux et confortable Manque pour l'utilisation de l'électro ménager et la TV des procédures écrites en Français L'emplacement est bruyant , dû à la proximité de la voie rapide

Irina’s place was great. She was very welcoming and attentive to any messages, and welcomed us with wine and cheese which was so thoughtful. Apartment was clean and trendy, and comfortable. Parking is difficult but not an issue if you don’t have a car.
