Overall fantastic. We were a bit worried after the 2 reviews below in 2023, having booked in 2022 when all reviews were great. We contacted the Mauter Villas who were brilliant and promised to resolve the issues listed. They did this. On arrival the villa was spotlessly clean, easy to enter using the key safe, no damp smells. Kitchen and bathrooms very clean, a small welcome pack with some beers, soft drinks, olive oil and olives, cleaning pack. Beach towels. 3 good sized bedrooms all with very good air con which was easy to use and effective We were a party of 6, with 2 children. Villa has lots of outside space, pool is perfect Roof terrace, outside toilet and shower. 6 new sunbeds with 2 umbrellas. To be very picky the only thing that could have been improved was more outdoor plastic glasses and one more outdoor dining table to save having to move it from the front to the rear for the shade. Overall brilliant villa in great location and great hosts in Mauter Villas.

Aesthetically, the villa makes for some lovely photos and this could be an awesome luxury villa. The positives. The hosts were friendly, helpful and responsive. Location wise, this is next to unbeatable, 5 min walk from the marina, 10 min walk from the beautiful beach and on a traffic light cul-de-sac. You can get to the marina and beach via a connecting pathway which makes for a nice walk away from main roads. The villa is well equipped (smart tv etc. the pool is lovely and really nice sun beds. But its let down by the smell: damp in bedrooms + sofas smelled so bad it was uncomfortable to sit on them (we avoided) - some of the mattresses had horrible stains (yuck!) +smell not helped by rattan blinds. This villa needs new blackout blinds, new sofas and damp needs sorting + doors get stuck. I agree with other review on layout, not easy to enjoy without title ones and we had one night of hell from noisy next door but only 1 at least. Sadly the smell means we couldn’t enjoy & regret

We spent 10 days in the Villa. We were 4 of which 2 kids. The villa in itself is OK but not great. Because of the humidity doors did not closed completely so intimacy was not great. The three bedrooms are very close to each other and to the living room so when kids are sleeping it is very hard to make a bit of noise. What I found very strange is that there is no dining table in the living room or any dining areas, except outside…I did not noticed at first on the pictures but I was a bit disappointed when arriving at the villa. The swimming pool is ok size. The sun beds are in plastic and definitely not new so not very nice feeling. What was really annoying was the neighbour putting his music super loud all day (on top of the dog barking). Since the villas in this area are super close to each other then it is like living with your neighbours which I don’t enjoy a lot. You don’t really feel at home

La casa es tal y como se describe y se refleja en las fotos. Amplia, cómoda, limpia y bien situada. Hemos pasado una vacaciones excelentes!!!
