Nancy was one of the nicest hosts Iv ever had. The place was immaculately clean and was a really nice place to just relax. Right on the water with a big long dock that stretches 50-60 feet into the water. Super cool place.

Nancy’s place was just as pictured! My fiancé and I booked last minute and were not disappointed. Nancy is an incredible host with a beautiful property and story to match. We are looking to return for a longer stay to fully explore everything she has to offer. Peaceful is an understatement - if you’re looking to disconnect sitting on Nancy’s dock you’ll get lost watching the water flow by.

Peaceful Getaway was exactly like described. It was even better. There’s a nice dock that goes out to the river with a bench out there. I didn’t see a pic of that so that was a nice surprise. Nor do I see a pic of the “kitchen” area. It’s not a full kitchen, but has a nice table and chairs, good size fridge/freezer and coffee/tea bar and a comfy rocking chair. Of course the pavilion was the most relaxing and great for making and eating meals out there. Thank you Nancy!

What a wonderful place!! It's private, quiet, and right on the river. The cottage was exceptional. Very clean, comfortable beds and the decor was perfect. The small kitchen area had everything we needed. Nancy provided sugar, creamers, coffee pods and much more. The pavilion/view of the river was beautiful. We had friends over an sat outside enjoying drinks and the evening sounds. I would highly recommend this place!! We will definitely be back.
