Simple, did the job and close to Newport. Last minute booking… but pricey for what it was. Would stay again in a pinch, but for the money was hoping to be closer to the action in Newport.

Rhea was communicative and very pleasant to speak to the entirety of our stay. She accepted us last minute and made accommodations for us while we were passing through. I highly recommend her space if you’re looking for something close to Newport at a good price

It was clean but do not stay there unless you plan on being up all night long. I texted the owner twice to say there was noise going on past 11pm and was not answered. There was chairs being slammed and moved around for 4 hours until 3 am and people partying above us until 3 am. We were up all night long it was an awful experience. Will never be staying here again
