Laundry room on site, Wifi, Smart TV, Outdoor Furniture, BBQ Grill, and much more! Centrally located off of Grand Ave this is a quick ride to the beach or the freeway! This is a duplex, separated by the laundry room and doesn't share a wall with the other unit This unit can comfortably sleep 4 people as it is equipt with 2 beds, a queen and a trundle (two single mattresses). You are also welcome to bring 3 extra guests, as we do provide a queen sized air mattress that can be blown up in the living room along with extra sheets, and one person can sleep on the couch. It is not a pullout. This property is a duplex and will have guests staying in the opposite side so some areas like the front yard and dog run will be shared. However, there are no shared walls as the laundry room is located in between the two units.
