The house was clean and very comfortable. Loved the house and the space. We received our check-in instructions the day AFTER check-in and Evolve did not respond the night we were trying to check in, but was able to get a hold of the owner via text. We never received check out instructions either. Not sure what was going on with Evolve, but the house was great. The outdoor are was not well kept. The lawn chair/fire pit area was completely overgrown and the entrance had a ton of daddy long leg spiders---- my 12 yr old daughter was so freaked out. LOL. Anyway, it's still a great property and super close to Holiday Island Marina. Overall, still a very good place to stay!!!

Beautiful house ..just as described...easy check-in once I got the app downloaded...wasn't to far from Eureka Springs or any of the other places we visited... definitely would recommend to others

This was a great place to stay with my family - plenty of room to stretch out and clean! It was off the beaten path which was exactly what we were looking for. I do a lot of cooking when I stay in a place - need a cutting board. The master bath tub needs to be snaked - by the time I finished showering, the water was up to my ankles. The garage door opener was missing so we didn't use the garage. I would recommend this place and would stay there again as it was spacious, clean, well kept and a great size for anyone with a big family or group.

This is a great place to stay, very peaceful and tucked away. I would recommend arriving to the property before dark if you are not familiar with the areas windy twists and turns.
